What agencies ask us first
Do you work on net rates?
Yes. Net, confidential, with your margin left entirely to you. We do not sell to your client behind you and we do not put our brand on the documents your client receives.
What is your response time on a quote?
One Ecuadorian working day for a standard request, and we tell you the same day if something in the brief will not work. Speed on quoting is usually what decides whether an agency uses us twice.
Are you licensed and insured?
Registered with Ecuador's Ministry of Tourism as a dual travel agency, registry 0190389316001.001.4000386, RUC 0190389316001, operating since 2013. Guides in the Galápagos are National Park–licensed, which is a legal requirement rather than a marketing line.
Can you handle groups and incentives?
Yes, including the parts that usually break: Galápagos park-fee logistics for large parties, inter-island capacity, and the mainland flights that sell out first.
Do you cover Peru as well?
Yes, through the same Cusco ground partners we use for our own programmes. We say plainly which country we operate directly and which we handle through partners.
