About the prices
Every figure is a from price: per person in double occupancy, based on our standard hotel category and low-season dates. High season, single occupancy and upgraded hotels move it. For anything in the Galápagos, add the US$220 per adult in National Park fees that no operator is allowed to include. What those fees are →

Are these fixed departures or can you change them?
Every one of the 19 is a starting point, not a fixed departure. We rebuild it around your dates, your party and the hotel standard you want. Roughly half our bookings end up with at least one day changed, and that costs nothing extra.
Are the prices per person?
Yes — per person sharing a double room, in our standard hotel category, in low season. A solo traveller pays for the room rather than half of it, which is the single biggest reason a quote comes back higher than the from price.
What is not in the price?
The international flight, the domestic flight to the Galápagos, and any mandatory park fees. For the Galápagos that is US$220 per adult that no operator anywhere is allowed to bundle. Each tour page lists its own exclusions, and we cost the whole thing out in the price index.
How far ahead should I book?
For June to August or the Christmas window, three to six months. That is when the island flights, the good hotels and the Machu Picchu entries run out — not when they get expensive. For a shoulder month, six to eight weeks is comfortable.
Do you run the trips yourselves?
We are an Ecuador DMC and inbound tour operator, registered with Ecuador's Ministry of Tourism since 2013 and based in Cuenca. We design, contract and coordinate every trip ourselves as the responsible party on the ground, working with a selected network of lodges, drivers, guides and specialist operators. In Peru we use the same Cusco partners we have worked with for years. We would rather tell you who does what than pretend one company does everything.
Can you combine two of these into one trip?
That is most of what we do. The published ten-day Machu Picchu and Galápagos is simply the combination people ask for most often. Tell us the two halves you want and we will sequence them so the connections work.
