Before you send the brief
How long until I hear back?
Within one Ecuadorian working day, from the office that will actually run the trip. Not a call centre and not an overnight round trip to another continent.
Do I need to know my dates already?
No. A month, or even a season, is enough to start. Dates change the price more than almost anything else, so if yours are flexible say so — we will tell you which week is cheaper and quieter.
Is the quote free, and am I committing to anything?
Free, and no. You get a costed day-by-day with the inclusions and the mandatory fees listed separately. Plenty of people take that away and think about it for months.
Can you work to a budget?
Yes, and it helps if you say it plainly. Knowing the ceiling lets us design the right trip instead of quoting one you have to cut down. If the budget will not reach what you have described, we will say so rather than trim quality quietly.
What if I already have a quote from someone else?
Send it. We will tell you what it includes, what it leaves out, and whether the price is fair — even when the answer is that you should take theirs.
